Police ID baby who drowned in Minnesota
SAUK RAPIDS, MN (AP) — Police are investigating the death of a baby who accidentally drowned at a Sauk Rapids residential treatment facility last weekend.
Officers were called to Journey Home, a substance abuse program, just before 7:30 a.m. Sunday. Staffers at the facility were doing CPR on the 3-month-old baby when officers arrived.
Police identify the infant as Fallyn Jasper Ottenhausen.
WJON-AM reports an examination was conducted by the Ramsey County medical examiner’s office.
