UPDATE: Portion of Monitor Street in La Crosse remains closed ‘until further notice’
LA CROSSE (WKBT) — A portion of Monitor Street in La Crosse will remain closed until further notice according to city officials.
Monitor Street from Avon Street to Lang Drive was closed to through traffic for utility work. Crews are working on attaching a new storm lift station to an existing system.
The closure was expected to last a week.
A detour is posted to route traffic around the project.
