‘Preferred alternative’ for Hwy. B project in La Crosse County to be discussed
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — The “preferred alternative” for a La Crosse County Highway B project will be presented during a public meeting at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
Changes include the reconstruction of the existing roadway, including bringing a sidewalk to much of the road.
Plans also call for a roundabout at the corner of Clinton Street and Bainbridge Street.
The meeting will be at the Days Inn on French Island.
Design staff will be on hand to answer questions.
There are occupancy restrictions in place, so anyone planning to attend should contact the involvement lead.
