Preparations can help avoid tension during family gatherings

UNDATED (WKBT) – For some, the return of family get-togethers can cause anxiety and tension.
If you prepare now, health experts say you can avoid those situations before they become an issue.
“Knowing what you are willing to talk about. Knowing what you might feel safer to talk about. And honestly knowing what are your triggers are is going to be important,” said UW Extension Educator Heather Quackenboss.
