Project Prom is taking the stress out of finding a dress
WINONA, Minn. (WKBT) – One night of the year high school students have a chance to dress up like royalty, but it can be an expensive investment.
Finding the perfect prom dress, shoes, and accessories can have a big price tag.
So one local organization is making the royal experience a lot more affordable.
Project Prom is coming up soon.
The event includes racks and racks of FREE dresses for students of any gender identity.
It’s happening on Saturday, March 28th at the East End Recreation Center in Winona.
Teens need to register in advance.
Volunteers are also needed.
You can email event coordinator, Sydney Swanson, at sydney.swanson@live.com or call 651-796-8810 for more information, register, or volunteer.
