RACINE, Wis. (AP) — A Racine alderman is expected to make a court appearance Monday afternoon on accusations of attacking a pregnant employee of the bar he owns.
Alderman Otha Keith Fair is jailed in Racine County on nearly $11,000 cash bond. Fair is accused of hitting and choking the woman, who works at his tavern, Place on Sixth.
