Residents take part in Onalaska City-Wide Garage Sale

ONALASKA, WI — Onalaska residents are doing some summer cleaning to get rid of their unwanted items. 

Onalaska hosted it’s annual city-wide garage sale on Saturday.

Shoppers traveled house to house looking for deals as they sorted through items that might be useful around their own homes.

The city-wide sale gave shoppers a chance to not only find bargains but to get out and enjoy the nice weather.

“It’s been a great day, a lot of friendly people, a lot of smiling faces. It seems like a lot of people enjoyed the experience of just going rummage sale shopping and having fun doing it,” said Onalaska Resident Rich Conniff.

More than twenty homes held sales as part of the event.
