Riverhawks ready for Friday night showdown against Onalaska
The MVC rivalry will be renewed on Friday night as the Riverhawks and Hilltoppers are set to clash for the first time this season.
Both squads come into this matchup with perfect conference records on the year.
“We’ve had some great games over the years,” Central head coach Todd Fergot said. “Onalaska has always had talented players and we know that. We know they’re talented and we’re going to have to be at our best against them.”
“We’ve always been rivals with Onalaska,” senior Nic Williams added. “To us seniors as the leaders on the team, it means the most to us.”
“When the clock hits 18, buzzer sounds, me and my teammates will be ready to go,” senior Boston Brindley said.
Tip-off from central High School is scheduled for 7:15 p.m.
