Rushford-Peterson Football completes perfect regular season amid downpour
Rushford-Peterson Football battled the downpour Friday night to beat Bethlehem Academy 19-6 and secure a perfect regular season.
Per the Winona Daily News, it is Rushford-Peterson’s first undefeated regular season since 2002.
The Trojans scored all 19 points on three consecutive drives between the end of the first quarter and midway through the second quarter. Hadyn Kahoun ran in the opening score, and Malachi Bunke later tossed two touchdowns to Thomas Ekern.
