Saint Mary’s men’s basketball falls to No. 14 Saint John’s

Saint Mary’s basketball fell 77-63 to No. 14 Saint John’s on Tuesday night.

Eli Cave led the Cardinals with 23 points. Both teams shot a similar percentage from the floor, but it was free throws that played a pivotal role. Whereas Saint Mary’s was 14-21 from the charity strip, Saint John’s was 37-44.
