Slight Chance Of Storms Later This Afternoon & Evening -Bill Graul
Smoky Haze At Times Today & Sunday
Saturday’s Forecast High: 83F / Tonight’s Forecast Low: 61F…
A cold front will track southeast across the region today, bringing a slight chance for scattered showers and t-storms later this afternoon and into this evening. There’s even an outside chance for a few strong storms with hail and gusty winds. Stay tuned for updates! Highs today will be in the upper 70s to low-mid 80s. Sunday looks nice with partly cloudy skies and comfortable highs in the 70s to around 80F.
Smoke from wildfires burning in southern Canada will continue to filter south across our area from time to time, prompting the Air Quality Alert to be extended through at least midday Sunday.
Looking Ahead… Partly cloudy and comfortable Monday with highs in the 70s to near 80F. Just isolated t-showers possible Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday… but many areas will likely remain dry. High temps will warm back into the low-mid 80s for those three days.
Next Friday and Saturday look dry at this point, with warm highs in the mid-upper 80s. Have a great weekend! -Bill Graul
