Southbound Copeland Avenue in La Crosse reduced to one lane starting Monday

LA CROSSE (WKBT) — Copeland Avenue in La Crosse will be reduced to one lane for utility work beginning Monday.

The southbound lane from Car Street shortly past Causeway Boulevard will be closed. The right lane will be closed first. In the second portion of the project, the right lane will open and crews will close the left lane. Officials urge caution for motorists heading south while work is taking place.
