CENTRAL JACKSON COUNTIES…

At 147 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Fairchild, or
19 miles west of Neillsville, moving east at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and dime size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include…
Neillsville, Fairchild, Price, Humbird, Wildcat Mound, Sidney,
Snyder Lake and The Highground.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is also occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
