…STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT MITCHELL…HOWARD…MOWER AND
FILLMORE COUNTIES…

At 312 PM CDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Grand Meadow to 6 miles west of
Riceville. Movement was east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include…
Cresco, Preston, Chatfield, Spring Valley, Grand Meadow, Le Roy,
Adams, Riceville, Lime Springs, Stacyville, Wykoff, Fountain,
Fillmore, Washington, Racine, Cherry Grove, Bristol, York, Dexter and
Carimona.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
