Wind chills from 10 to 20 below zero can be expected across much
of southeast Minnesota, northeast Iowa, and western Wisconsin
early this morning. Some spots may briefly see wind chill readings
dip to 25 below. If venturing out this morning, bundle up! Be
sure to dress in layers and be prepared for the cold.
