…Slick, Hazardous Travel Into The Morning Commute…

Light snow will gradually shift east across the region overnight,
diminishing in intensity and areal extent as it moves into
central and eastern Wisconsin toward daybreak. Trace to up to 1
inch in additional amounts are expected.

Roads are snow covered or partially covered across much of the
area, and will continue to challenge motorists during the morning
commute. Exercise safe winter driving practices – slow down, allow
extra room between you and those in front of you, and give
yourself more time to reach your destination.

In addition, standing water and slush on untreated roads and
sidewalks will freeze by the morning, creating another hazards for
motorists and pedestrians alike.
