…Showers and a Few Thunderstorms Continue to Spread East Early
This Morning…

At 225 AM a cluster of showers and a few thunderstorms was
located from near Rochester Minnesota into northeast Iowa to near
Calmar and Decorah. The thunderstorms were mainly near and south
of the Iowa-Minnesota border.

Lightning will be the main threat with any of the thunderstorms,
but the stronger of the storms may produce wind gusts to 30 mph,
and brief heavy downpours. A quick half-inch of rain is also
possible with the stronger storms.

A few cities that will be impacted through 330 am include Preston,
Caledonia, Decorah and Waukon.

If a thunderstorm approaches your location, move indoors until
it passes.
