At 430 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Requa, or 17
miles northeast of Whitehall, moving northeast at 25 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph and dime size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include…
Fairchild.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Funnel clouds from this shower/thunderstorm could briefly touch down
as weak tornadoes. People in the effected area should remain inside a
sturdy structure until the shower/thunderstorm passes.
