…Bitterly Cold Wind Chills Tonight…
Bitterly cold wind chills of 20 to 25 below zero will continue
tonight. The coldest conditions are expected in open areas where
light wind will persist through much of the night.
These wind chills can lead to frostbite in 30 minutes if
precautions are not taken. Be sure to dress for the cold if you
are going outdoors. Dress in layers and cover exposed skin.
