Spring Fever open house, clean-up events to keep downtown La Crosse busy

Select businesses will have extended hours and special promotions this weekend

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — Downtown La Crosse will be a busy place this weekend.

Friday, the “Spring Fever” open house will give you a chance to support some local businesses and get some deals.

Select businesses will have extended hours and special promotions to give you more reasons to come downtown.

“With COVID and everything the past couple years, it is extremely important to shop local now and help give our community a little boost,” said Marissa Mundinger, Downtown Mainstreet events and promotions coordinator.

And on Saturday, you can help downtown look great.

The annual Clean Up Day returns throughout the downtown with nearly 10 volunteers expected to take part.

The clean up starts at 9 a.m. in the Downtown Mainstreet offices.
