Steien, Thompson open Blair-Taylor’s season with road win

Dynamic duo Lindsay Steien and Abby Thompson resumed their basketball careers at Blair-Taylor Thursday night by combining for 37 points and leading the Wildcats to a 63-25 road win over Black River Falls.

Steien led all scorers with 23 points and added seven steals. Thompson finished with 14 points, nine steals, and five assists.

Makayla Nortman led the Tigers with eight points.
