New changes to income limits may qualify more households for a financial assistance program, Couleecap announced Thursday.
Couleecap, Inc, received a roughly $210,000 gift from the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration for the down payment. Altra Federal Credit Union made a contribution in the form of a below market-rate fixed mortgage. Couleecap says this support allows them to offer a combination of 1-2 bedroom apartments and single family homes at the Fair Market Rate.
