Diocese of Winona-Rochester bankruptcy case could take years to resolve

The Diocese of Winona-Rochester is detailing how filing for bankruptcy will affect survivors of clergy sex abuse. It is facing 121 claims of child sexual abuse by diocese clergy members between 1960 and 1986 under the Minnesota Child Victims Act. That is an act that lifted the statute of limitations on past claims of abuse during a three year period.
