A head-on collision on an icy highway in the Janesville area killed both drivers.The Rock County Sheriff's Office says a 75-year-old woman from Janesville lost control of her pickup truck on U.S. Highway 14 Monday afternoon. Her vehicle traveled into the oncoming lane of traffic and collided with another truck driven by a 57-year-old man from Davis, Illinois.
Car-dump truck crash in NE Wisconsin kills father, daughter
ONEIDA, Wis. (AP) — Authorities say a father and daughter dies in a crash involving their car and a dump truck in northeastern Wisconsin.The Outagamie County Sheriff's Department identifies then as 91-year-old Donald Huben and 56 year-old Colleen Huben. Both were from the Seymour area.The sheriff's department says the dump truck drove through a stop sign at the intersection of two county roads Thursday afternoon and collided with the car. Both vehicles ended up in the ditch.
