Rural Coon Valley man arrested following traffic stop for drug-related offenses
A rural Coon Valley man was arrested following a traffic stop near Genoa when officials found numerous drug paraphernalia. Formal charges against Joshua B. Lusk, 35, will be referred to the Vernon County District Attorney's Office.
