La Crosse, Vernon county farmers eligible for emergency loans from April storm damage
Governor Scott Walker announced that farmers in La Crosse, Vernon and 50 other Wisconsin counties may qualify for emergency loans from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to help with losses sustained in the mid-April blizzard.
