Xcel Energy leaders urge people with unpaid bills to call and set up payment plan
Xcel Energy says customers could see a 76 percent increase in winter heating costs this year. We all anticipate those energy bills, but this winter customers aren't going to be too thrilled when they open theirs up. Excel Energy officials say many people leave those bills unpaid.
