Fatal Hwy. 35 accident sparks need for road improvements
Three people died in a head-on collision in Onalaska Tuesday night on Highway 35 just north of County Road Z. That stretch of highway is known for being dangerous. It's averaging about one accident every month for the second consecutive year.
