Lawsuit over long-expired Minntac mine water permit dropped
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) ��� Environmental groups have dropped a lawsuit they filed against Minnesota regulators for allowing U.S. Steel's Minntac mine to operate a waste pit with a long-expired permit.
