City officials delay decision on room tax rate increase, other funding options
A decision on whether to raise the room tax rate to help pay for the La Crosse Center renovation and expansion project has been delayed. City Council members met Thursday night to discuss the proposed rate hike, which could give La Crosse one of the highest rates in the state.
