La Crosse recognized for downtown revitalization efforts at state awards ceremony
The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation recognizes communities revitalizing their historic downtowns Friday at the 25th annual Wisconsin Main Street Awards, and the city of La Crosse had four award winners.
