Terecita ‘Terri’ Bouzek
Terecita M. “Terri” Bouzek, 71, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021, at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse following a brief illness. She was born February 15, 1949, in Prairie du Chien, Wis., the daughter of Jim and Helen (Madriaga) Heisz.
Terri was a graduate of Marquette University as a medical technologist. She married Michael Bouzek on December 18, 1971, at St. Gabriel’s Church in Prairie du Chien. Terri worked as a med-tech in Milwaukee and Watertown, WI.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Michael; her children, Krysta and Aaron Bouzek, and a granddaughter Serena Bouzek.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A private family memorial service is being planned for a future date.
