Third congressional district Republicans open new headquarters
ONALASKA, Wis. (WKBT)- A new third congressional district Republican headquarters is hosting its grand opening.
The new headquarters is located at 316 2nd Avenue in Onalaska.
The new building is an investment from the Republican Party.
Members of the third congressional district republican party say that opening a new headquarters a year out from election usually doesn’t happen, but it took some time to work out the details.
“I think this is the best location we’ve ever had. We’re located right here in downtown Onalaska right off highway 35, easy for people to find, easy for people to come in and volunteer,” said the Chairman of the La Crosse County Republican Party, Bill Feehan.
The event doubled as a campaign event for congressional candidate Derrick Van Orden.
