Toddler killed in Grant Co. farm accident

MOUNT HOPE, Wis. (AP) — Sheriff’s deputies say a toddler was killed in a farm accident in Grant County.

Authorities say two-year-old Solomon Fisher was riding in a cart while his family harvested silage at their farm in Mount Hope Monday evening. The boy lost his grip on the handrails, fell off the moving cart and was fatally injured when it or a wagon ran over him.

The farm accident remains under investigation.
