Tomah man charged with killing 3-year-old bound for trial
SPARTA, Wis. (WKBT) — A Tomah man charged with killing a 3-year-old child appeared in court on Wednesday for his preliminary hearing.
Marcus Wayne Anderson, 35, was arrested in May after an autopsy discovered the child suffered multiple blunt force trauma type injuries, which resulted in death.
Police say that Anderson was in a relationship with the child’s mother.
Preliminary findings show probable cause and Monroe County will continue to hold Anderson for trial.
Anderson is being held on a $750,000 dollar cash bond.
