Tomah VA to hold healing service for people affected by suicide

Event Sept. 16 at 5 p.m. at the Tomah VA Chapel

The Tomah VA is inviting veterans and the community to a release and healing service on Tuesday for people who have been affected by suicide.

The service will be held at the Tomah VA Chapel at 5 p.m. After the service, there will be an opportunity to gain further suicide prevention information, support and resources.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs wants to remind everyone that one small act can make a difference in the life a veteran or service member in crisis. September is Suicide Prevention Month.
