Toys for Tots hosts annual toy drive at La Crosse Center
LA CROSSE (WKBT) — After a few weeks of collecting toys, Toys For Tots held their annual toy drive to stuff the truck.
Members of the La Crosse community got a chance to donate new and unwrapped toys and help spread some holiday cheer.
Over 300 families have registered with Toys For Tots.
Despite chilly weather and snowflakes, organizers say that the donations make all the difference in the world.
“More or less of them have multiple children in their families,” said Toys For Tots Media Chair Lyndsey Langer. “It’s very important that we can get enough to take care of everyone in the community. I can’t stress it enough.”
If you would like to help out and donate to Toys For Tots, they are taking donations at their barrels until Dec. 2.
You can find a list of barrel locations on their website.
