Traffic will be temporarily stopped on Highway 43 Winona Bridge

Drivers should expect a 15 minute delay on July 17

Traffic on a major highway will be temporarily stopped in Winona on Friday, July 17.

Around 10 a.m. crews will hang a wire over the Highway 43 Winona Bridge on Latsch Island for temporary lighting. Traffic will be stopped to make sure the crew and drivers are safe.

Once the wire is strung and secured, drivers will be able to travel over the bridge again.
