Trunk or Treat helps La Crescent kids get into Halloween Spirit
Parents and community members gave candy from their vehicles in Crucifixion School parking lot
LA CRESCENT, Minn. (WKBT) – Halloween kicked off Friday afternoon for some children in La Crescent, when Crucifixion School had a Trunk or Treat.
Parents parked in the school parking lot and teachers led the students past their vehicles to get candy.
“Always so fun watching them come out with no masks on and smiling and getting really excited to wear their costumes and hang out with their friends,” said student teacher Maddy Long.
Members of La Crescent’s Fire and Police Departments stopped by to join the fun.
