Two area students complete Chamber of Commerce ambassador program

Ali Dunniesen, Kacey Koenigs receive certificate from Black River Area Chamber of Commerce

BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. (WKBT) — Two Black River Falls High School juniors have completed the 2014-15 Black River Area Chamber of Commerce Junior Ambassador program.

The Chamber created the program several years ago to introduce high school students to the Chamber of Commerce world, including information on how a Board of Directors functions.

Since November, Ali Dunniesen and Kacey Koenigs have been meeting monthly with Junior Ambassador Committee members Mary O’Brien, Diane Moen-Ross and Tyler McNeely, along with former Executive Director Barb Brower. Koenigs and Dunniesen also attended monthly board meetings. They received certificates for completing the program.
