UPDATE: Grand Crossing Trail reopens in La Crosse River Marsh

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — The Grand Crossing Trail in the La Crosse River Marsh, which was closed two weeks ago because of high water, reopened Thursday, according to the city’s Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department.
Two other trails closed at that time —the Willow and the Cottonwood — reopened last week.
