UW-La Crosse men’s hoops advance to WIAC semifinals

Third-seeded UW-La Crosse men’s basketball powered past UW-River Falls 80-58 Tuesday night to advance to the WIAC tournament semifinals.

Wyatt Cook led UWL with 21 points. Terek Nesheim added 13, and four Eagles scored double figures.

The Eagles now have 21 wins of the season, which ties the school record set in the 1975 season.

They will face the two seed UW-Oshkosh on Thursday night.
