Vegas goalie tickles Jets player’s ear
The Vegas Golden Knights’ playoff success has goalie Marc-Andre Fleury feeling so ticklish he apparently wants to share the feeling.
Cameras caught Fleury tickling the left ear of Winnipeg Jets captain Blake Wheeler during a scrum behind the net during the second period of the Golden Knights’ 4-2 victory in Wednesday’s Game 3 of the Western Conference finals.
“I did that?” Fleury jokingly asked after the game, according to The Associated Press. “There’s cameras everywhere.”

Fleury, who made 33 saves in the victory, told reporters he was “trying to have a little smile by myself.”
Wheeler, who was pushed up against the back of the net during the scrum, didn’t seem too fazed by the gesture. He didn’t even turn around to see who was responsible for the ticklish feeling.
At least Wheeler can be grateful that Fleury didn’t take inspiration from Boston’s Brad Marchand and lick his ear.
Marchand first licked Leo Komarov of the Toronto Maple Leafs during the first round of the playoffs, then did so again with the Tampa Bay Lightning’s Ryan Callahan during the second round.
Both the Bruins, who were eliminated from the playoffs by Lightning, and the NHL have told Marchand to stop licking players and he has pledged to do so.
