Village president found unresponsive at work

PULASKI, Wis. (AP) — The president of the Village of Pulaski was found unresponsive at work and was later pronounced dead.

Police say 71-year-old Ronald Kryger was found at his desk at village hall Thursday afternoon. A citizen doing business at village hall started CPR until paramedics arrived. Kryger was pronounced dead at St. Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay. The cause of his death was not immediately known. He was re-elected village president in April after serving 10 years as president and nine as a trustee.
