Viterbo students graduate at 78th commencement ceremony
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — College students across the nation are graduating Saturday.
In La Crosse, students from Viterbo University walked across the stage to receive their diplomas,
News 8 spoke to one graduating senior today who is off to Washington D.C. to volunteer at a clinic helping people who are experiencing homelessness.
Viterbo graduate Jed Barton says he is thankful and proud of the Viterbo community.
“This is an unbelievable feeling its this weird mix of excitedness and nervousness and just I don’t know I’m just so proud to be with all the people who have just meant so much these last four years I’m sad to be leaving the Viterbo community.”
This was Viterbo’s 78th Spring Commencement ceremony.
More than 400 students graduated Saturday.
