Volunteers help pick up litter following Oktoberfest celebrations in La Crosse

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – Volunteers are making sure La Crosse is looking its best after Oktoberfest.
Members of the Rotary Valley View and ORA Trails picked up litter Monday on the trails to join just to the north of the fest grounds.
“Obviously after a busy weekend in town, with Oktoberfest, there was a fair amount of trash along the trail. And we were surprised there wasn’t more than what we found,” said ORA Trails executive director Jed Olson.
