Volunteers start setting up Rotary Lights

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – In just a little more than a month, millions of lights will shine in Riverside Park.

Despite the gloomy weather on Friday, volunteers were out setting up the annual display.

There will be a couple of new things to look forward to this year too, including a brand new Santa Sleigh and Rotary’s first-ever hologram!

Plus, the event helps the community.

More than 4 million food items have been donated since the event began.

The 26th year of Rotary Lights will start November 27th, which is the day after Thanksgiving.
