UPDATE: La Crosse Police still looking for one-month-old child, mother

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT)- The La Crosse Police Department is still looking for Tracy Cadogan and her one-month-old child.

The Police Department said they do not believe foul play is involved, their primary concern is the child, who needs medical attention.
