West Copeland Boat Landing reopens
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — The West Copeland Boat Landing is open for the season.
The ramp closed in November for upgrades.
A new 100 foot pier was installed at the ramp.
The upgrades were paid for by boat landing fees.
