West Salem man charged with incest

WEST SALEM, Wis (WKBT) — A West Salem man being charged with incest appeared in court Tuesday.

Douglas Curran is charged with 1st degree child sexual assault of a child under 13, incest, and exposing genitals.

A relative told police he masturbated in front of her and touched her inappropriately. 

Curran could face a maximum sentence of over 100 years,
